Cancellation Policy

Glamour Glow Cleaning Co., we understand that schedules can change. To provide the best service for all our clients, we ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $25.00. No-shows will be charged the full-service price.

Pet Policy

For safety and liability reasons, all pets must be secured in a cage, or separate room during cleaning services. Loose pets are strictly prohibited while service provider is performing cleaning services. Service provider reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services if pets are not properly secured.
